History of H&A 

Hurley and Associates was founded by Eric R. Hurley. Mr. Hurley, a former public school classroom teacher and school-based administrator, has over 25 years of experience in directing government and private grants and contracts providing education support programs including: Out of School Time, Early Childhood Education, College Preparation, Tutoring, and Mentoring.

 

Founded by Mr. Hurley in 2014, Hurley and Associates, Inc. (H&A) is a dynamic, multi-faceted consulting firm dedicated to providing a spectrum of education services to private and non-profit organizations and government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. H&A is comprised of pool of experienced team consultants with demonstrated experience providing the following: professional development, technical assistance, program evaluation and assessment, monitoring and compliance, project management, grant writing, and subject matter expertise. H&A is a world class consulting firm dedicated to providing a spectrum of education services to private and non-profit organizations and government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. H&A provides full-scale project delivery to our clients, including program management, compliance monitoring and technical assistance, research and evaluation, and human capital management. Additionally, H&A has strong partnerships and relationships with: public and private community based, state and national organizations using subject matter expertise to extend capacity and better meet the unique needs of our clients.
